A crisp Fall morning proved no match for a group of dedicated volunteers focused on serving others. On October 25, Baker Group joined forces with Des Moines Habitat for Humanity for a day filled with hope, purpose, and unity. 

Dedicated volunteers from Baker Group gathered with the goal of building the walls of a future home in just one day. The Setup Crew worked tirelessly, unloading the truck and setting up various workstations. The Wall Builders took charge of assembling the wall panels, wielding saws, routers, and hammers with skill and determination. And the Cleanup Crew ensured that the site remained organized and efficient.

 In addition, Habitat for Humanity's construction managers were on hand to teach and guide, ensuring everyone made a meaningful contribution.

 This incredible showing not only highlights Baker Group's commitment to Building Better Communities but also takes the company one step closer to achieving its goal of 6,000 volunteer hours in support of charitable causes during its 60th anniversary.

 This heartwarming event reminded all involved that when individuals come together, there's no limit to what can be accomplished.
