Baker Group QA/QC managers work directly with our employees to ensure each employee understands his or her quality responsibility, as well as our quality policies to achieve our objective.

Baker Group’s quality managers are empowered with the complete authority to direct the stoppage of work, replacement or removal of any non-conformance work which does not meet our clients or our strict quality requirements. Knowing that Baker Group demands adherence to our written quality standards without exception, our employees continually deliver or exceed the requirements described.
