For the fifth consecutive year, Baker Group has been recognized by The Iowa Top Workplaces as one of the Top Workplaces in Iowa. Baker Group has been recognized as one of the top 10 large employers – organizations with more than 500 employees – each year since 2017.

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture are measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, and more.
