Friday, June 18, 2004 was the groundbreaking for one of Iowa’s largest construction projects. This project is over 900,000 square feet of office and support facilities, including a central chilled water plant capable of delivering over 3,700 tons of cooling to three office buildings and a multi-use meeting and cafeteria building. A service tunnel and an enclosed on-grade pedestrian walkway connect all of the buildings for a seamless flow of people and support systems.

Baker Group, in collaboration with KJWW Engineers, designed and built all of the HVAC, piping, plumbing, and temperature control systems for the facility. The project design team included SVPA Architects / RSP Architects, Brian Clark and Associates, Charles Saul Engineering and Baker Electric. The project was completed in July 2006.
