This building for the Willis Auto Campus is separate from the existing facilities. Baker Group installed individual gas fired rooftop units to service the extensive showroom area. The service area is controlled by a make-up air unit with multiple exhaust fans. Miscellaneous unit heaters are located throughout the facility.
