Built to serve the growing Ankeny, Iowa community, The Iowa Clinic Ankeny Campus includes space where health professionals offer a variety of health care services such as; imaging, podiatry, urgent care and family medicine.
Baker Group designed and installed the plumbing, HVAC and temperature controls systems. The HVAC system consists of two VAV RTUs serving fan powered terminal boxes. The facility also has a dedicated precision cooling system serving the imaging/CT area.
The architectural metal work provided include; screen walls (corrugated panels), prefinished steel coping caps at parapet walls, trash enclosure coping and corrugated siding panels, aluminum coping caps and support at curtain walls and flashings.
