Baker Group was selected as the mechanical contractor for this state-of-the-art corporate office for NCMIC. The building utilizes variable air volume heating and cooling systems and energy recovery ventilator (ERV) to temper outdoor air.
Included in this building is a Training/Conferencing Center and Data Room with dedicated environmental equipment. The building is equipped with a DDC Control System utilizing Invensys controls.
