Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company relocated to their new 82,000 square foot corporate headquarters building in the spring of 2005. The project was a design/build and included Baker Group's Mechanical, Sheet Metal and Temperature Controls divisions.
The two story building was required to have a minimal amount of equipment located on the roof. After several designs were reviewed, a central air handling unit system, in the basement, was selected. This resulted in no major equipment being installed on the roof.
