Baker Group provided the removal of the existing air handler and installation of the new air handler with the lab area still in operation. The challenges faced with this were the scheduling of the steam, chilled water, exhaust fans, duct work and electrical power shutdowns for connections to the existing systems.

This was accomplished with excellent teamwork and cooperation of the owners and mechanical teams selected. This project was completed on time and under budget.
