One of Central Iowa’s most established automobile dealerships, Bob Brown Chevrolet has been locally owned and operated for more than 40 years.  To meet increasing customer demand, a new 121,000 square foot full-service dealership was constructed in Urbandale, IA.  The facility boasts Iowa’s largest Chevrolet indoor showroom, over 75 service bays, and one of the Midwest’s most advanced collision centers.

Baker Group provided and installed multiple HVAC and plumbing systems throughout the building, ranging from packaged dx/gas rooftop units serving the offices to gas-fired make up air units and ventilation systems serving the shop areas.  Baker Group also provided Transair compressed air piping for the project.
