At this seed quality testing facility, DuPont Pioneer confirms their product will get through those first critical weeks from planting to emergence. This general work building features seed germination chambers, cold seed storage, laboratory areas, offices, general work areas, and receiving/loading docks. In the specialized areas, germination chambers and cold storage, Baker Group installed a small low temperature chiller and high efficiency condensing boiler. The balance of the building is served by residential split systems.
